DON'T SAY YOU ARE SORRY IN 2016

Stop saying you are sorry when you write Gmails. Google Chrome has a new Gmail plug-in called "Just Not Sorry".  Check out this news article from CNN or click "Just Not Sorry" in the Chrome Web Store to install the plug-in.
