GOOGLE DOCS NEW OUTLINE TOOL

Here is a great new feature from Google Docs.  The Outline Tool.  Now you can set up an outline in your Google Doc that works as a navigation tool. Instead of constantly scrolling through your Google Doc, this tool lets you select the section you want to skip ahead or jump back to in your Google Doc. The outline tool works similar to a table of contents.
