GOOGLE DOCS IS GETTING VOICE - - SOON

Are you one of those people who think and talk much faster than you type?  Then you are going to love the newest (not here just yet) feature being brought to Google Docs.  Rumor has it that voice dictation and voice typing will soon be available to Google Docs users. Instead of keying your memos, letters, assignments, reports and everything else you do in Google docs, you can just talk to your computer.
Voice search, or Ok Google, on mobile and desktop devices currently support voice with Google.  If you haven't tried Ok Google check it out.  I actually blogged about Ok Google and voice search on December 2, 2013.  If you missed it, go back and check out what Ok Google can do for you.
It appears as if you will be able to click the microphone that is placed on the Docs toolbar and begin speaking your text and saying punctuation.  See the picture below as to where the microphone should appear on your Google Docs toolbar. I am anxious to see how accurate voice dictation will really be because it hasn't always worked correctly. Hopefully there will be some kind of a way to train the docs for voice recognition.
So keep your eyes open for the microphone and get your voice prepared for an all new Google Docs adventure.
